Before work begins
We clarify the readiness of the design, floor area, building services, intended schedule and budget. The scope, estimate and programme need to be agreed before work starts. Author supervision is a separate monthly service, typically with 1–2 visits per week; its terms are discussed separately from renovation costs.
Pilot Residence: from design to implementation
A 168 m² apartment in Baku. The neoclassical design dates from 2018; the renovation stage covers 2025–2026. On the project page, visualisations are separated from implementation materials so you can distinguish the proposed design from work on site.
