Interior design in Baku
We design apartments, houses and commercial interiors around the way you live and work. Ilkin Aslanli Design Studio was established in April 2025, building on its founder’s 10 years of experience in design and renovation.
Let’s discuss your projectWhat the design package includes
- 01
Accurate measurements, zoning and a 2D furniture layout. We discuss the proposed layout with you before approval.
- 02
3D visualisations of each room after layout approval, alongside furniture, lighting, wall finishes and flooring selections.
- 03
Working drawings after visual approval: electrical and plumbing layouts, floors and ceilings, lighting, underfloor heating, radiators, wall elevations and furniture details.
Support and pricing
Store visits with the client are included in the design package. Author supervision is a separate monthly service, typically involving 1–2 site visits per week. Design fees depend on area, style and the complexity of the details. We prepare a proposal after reviewing your requirements.
28 May: minimalism in an older building
A 90 m² apartment in Baku, designed in 2025. Thick existing walls limited changes to the layout. We retained the main walls, slightly enlarged the bathroom and added a laundry area. The images show the design proposal; renovation has not started.
